  • HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
    All bookings are done online and require a valid credit card to reserve your appointment. Once complete, you will see "appointment confirmed" + receive a confirmation email. Any phone inquiries will be redirected to our online booking. https://thebronzebrand.as.me/schedule.php
  • HOW DO I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
    A “cancel/reschedule” button can be found in your confirmation/reminder email. Your appointment has not been successfully cancelled/rescheduled unless you receive an email stating your appointment has been successfully cancelled/rescheduled. You may also text us (415) 737-9890.
  • CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY?
    We ask that a 24 hour notice is given if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Cancellations/rescheduling occurring within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time and no shows will be charged the full amount of the missed service. Appointments are scheduled back to back (30 mins), please arrive on time. If you are 10+ minutes late, we will not be able to accommodate and you will be charged the full amount of the missed service, facials will be shortened. Give yourself plenty of time (traffic, parking etc).

    You are welcome to park in our lot if spaces are available. Right across the street is the city of Larkspur public parking lot + there is lots of surrounding street parking

  • HOW MANY DAYS PRIOR TO MY EVENT SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY SPRAY TAN?
    Schedule your appointment two days before your special event to allow your tan to fully develop, one day before leaving on vacation.
  • HOW LONG WILL MY SPRAY TAN APPOINTMENT TAKE?
    Around 20 minutes - this includes consultation, time to undress/dress, and application. The application process takes around 10 minutes. We’ll guide you step-by-step through a series of poses followed by full body drying and finishing touches.
  • HOW LONG WILL MY SPRAY TAN LAST?
    5-10+ days with proper prep and aftercare.
  • HOW DO I PREP FOR/MAINTAIN MY SPRAY TAN?
    The final result of your tan is dependent on proper prep and aftercare. Please follow our tan prep and aftercare instructions for best results and to avoid tan development issues. https://www.thebronzebrand.com/tanprepandcare The Bronze Brand aftercare products (available in studio) are formulated specifically with your spray tan in mind - containing good for your glow ingredients for a longer lasting result.
  • SIGNATURE VS EXPRESS?
    SIGNATURE BRONZE: Rinse after 8+ hours, can be slept in overnight for later appointments. Choose your shade: LIGHT, MEDIUM, DARK EXPRESS BRONZE: Contains a higher % of the active tanning ingredient allowing you to rinse off in 2-6 hours depending on your desired result - the longer, the darker. You must be able to rinse at your suggested rinse time to avoid overdeveloping. Suggested rinse times: 2HRS LIGHT, 4HRS MEDIUM, 6HRS DARK Keep in mind, express does not mean faster color, just a faster rinse time! Both options will take 24hrs to fully develop, one just might be more convenient for your schedule.
  • IS IT ORGANIC?
    There is no such thing as an organic spray tan. While our solutions do contain organic ingredients, no spray tan is 100% organic due to the active tanning ingredient Dihydroxyacetone (DHA). Any claims to be are false. Our solutions are vegan, cruelty-free, + made from naturally derived ingredients.
  • WHAT DO I WEAR WHILE GETTING SPRAYED?
    What you wear while getting sprayed is totally up to you and your comfort level! Choose from the disposable undergarments provided or you may wear your own (or nothing). Male clients are required to wear a bottom, no exceptions.
  • CAN I SPRAY TAN IF IM PREGNANT/BREAST FEEDING ?
    Spray tanning while pregnant is safe when protective undergarments + nose filter/mask are worn. All expecting or nursing mothers must consult with their physician before scheduling an appointment. We will not tan those in their first trimester. Nursing mothers should avoid breastfeeding while their tan is developing and wear a bra or nipple covering during the service.
  • CAN I SPRAY TAN IF I HAVE A SUNBURN?
    We do not recommend spray tanning if you've experienced a sunburn in the past four weeks (even if it's no longer visible). No, it won't cover up your sunburn. A spray tan will cause the damaged skin to peel resulting in a splotchy, discolored result.
  • WHAT IF IT'S RAINING THE DAY OF MY SPRAY TAN?
    If it is raining the day of your appointment, please cover up with long, loose clothing + loose fitting closed toe shoes. Bring an umbrella for extra protection. You must avoid getting wet while your tan is processing.
  • CAN I SCHEDULE A SPRAY TAN + SKINCARE SERVICES ON THE SAME DAY?
    Our skincare services (facials, waxing + tinting) must be scheduled prior to your spray tan to avoid tan development issues from product residues. You'll have to schedule two separate appointments or you may text us (415) 737 -9890
  • CAN I WAX IF IM USING RETINOL?
    NO - The Bronze Brand will not wax those using retinoids and/or acne medications. Retinoids/acne medications make your skin extremely sensitive which can lead to severe redness/irritation and even taking skin off. You must stop the use of retinoids and/or acne medications 7+ days prior to your appointment or opt for tweezing only. The Bronze Brand is not responsible for any reaction caused by failure to disclose the use of retinoids and/or acne medications.
